在 Balboa Park 偶遇 Doctor Who

这天真是太有趣了.

本来只是想去 San Diego Museum of Art 逛逛. 天有点阴, 地面还是湿的, 整个 Balboa Park 都安安静静的. 路过 Comic-Con Museum 的时候一抬头, 忽然看见再熟悉不过的蓝盒子, 上面写着 Doctor Who Worlds of Wonder.

之前完全不知道这里有这个展. 不是专门来看, 也没提前做功课, 就是路过时刚好撞上了.

走近一看, 还真是.

展览传单

票价大概是成人 30 美元, 学生 20 美元. 当时如果在官网注册过活动信息, 还有 15 美元优惠票.

展览入口本身很简单, 但蓝门一摆在那里, 味道一下子就对了.

进去先看到一整面服装墙.

新版 Doctor 的服装

九任到十三任都在. 追了这么多年, 再看到这些衣服还是会立刻停下来. 尤其是十二任那套, 一下子把记忆拽回 2014 年刚开始追剧的时候.

道具区

再往里就是控制台和 sonic screwdrivers¹. 控制台甚至还能上手摸一下.

旁边展柜里放着一些没那么常见的道具, 有十二叔的音速眼镜², 还有五十周年纪念集中用来探查 Zygon Queen Elizabeth 的小道具³.

零碎道具

还有 The Time of the Doctor 里的 Handles⁴⁵. 陪 11 任走完最后一段的老朋友, 单独摆在那里还挺让人感慨.

再往前是一排三套宇航服. 左边这套是 River Song⁶ 在 S06 故事线里的 Apollo 风宇航服. 中间这套来自图书馆两集 S04E08-S04E09⁷⁸, 看到就会自动想起那句 “Hey, who turned out the lights?”. 右边这套橙色宇航服则是经常出现的经典款, 比如 Clara 在 S08E07 Kill the Moon 穿过的那一套⁹.

左边的 Weeping Angel 来自 S03E10¹⁰, 右边这只毛茸茸的 Meep 则来自 2023 年 60 周年 Special 1¹¹.

出来的时候, Balboa Park 的天还没黑. 地面还是潮的, 但天光开始一点点回来了.

后来又去旁边的日本庭园转了转. 前面刚看完 Dalek 和 Cybermen, 后面就只剩水声和石头, 这种切换还挺好笑.
